I was just remarking on the irony of you trying to get an illegal cracked version and then the universe rewarded you for your sins by giving you a beta key :)

I was alright at StarCraft. I was also pretty young when it came out, like 12 or so. I think I might be better at it now though. Course who knows, I'm not as creative now as I was as a kid either.

I think I went straight from command and conquer to SC during my strategy phase.

a freind of mine from school also got one along with a freind invite. He sent it to a closer friend of his though, who has gotten no use out of it. :(

oh well, whatever. we've only been freinds for a short time, and arnt that good of freinds anyway. Plus I'm not all that in to RTS's but do want it either way.

I will not be buying this game.

1. This is just a reskinned (barely) SC1
2. Mineral Rape
3. Rush rush rush. Where is the strategy?

More reasons to come. I will be giving this a full chance but so far, it seems to be a waste.

1. I believe they changed enough to make it different. IE macro abilities, "new" units, etc. But then again I loved starcraft so it isn't a bigger deal for me.

2. Destroying the economy has always been starcraft.

3. I played a bunch of heavy macro games (40 mins plus) myself. Unless you're just playing 2v2 where they mass basic units then I haven't had this problem. What league are you currently playing in?

If you don't like the melee aspect of starcraft don't forget there will be custom maps. Hell, I barely touched warcraft 3 melee it was dota and tower def that kept me playing that game.

Anyway,
