For reference, here's the guide I would recommend for overclocking a core i3, i5, or i7.

breaking away from BF2../.. wait.. BC2 is not possible.. It already frakked up my life cycle (in 1 weekend)

I have a Prolimatech Megahalems with a Silverstone FM121 120mm fan with overkill CFM for that heatsink. It should yield me very good results. It is of the best of heatsinks.

I just picked up a Gelid Tranquillo. Need to bench that sucka :D
