The new server

I know this was added about a week ago but it seemed most people were unaware.

To provide a safehaven from spam and a more in my mind manageable game experience. Exodus Society added a 24 person, normal respawn time server to their roster.

Until last night no one had used it. I along with a few other members on mumble headed over there. We got a little help from filling it up from our DJedi friends. But within an hour we had a full server and it stayed full until about 2am. Sure it took a bit of waiting to get started but you can ask anyone there "was is worth it?" and im sure they would say yes.

So what i think the point of this post is:
A) Inform anyone that didn't know we have another server to play on
B) If i hear you complain about spam on our 32 person server, and i ask you to come join me in starting up the 24 person server, and you DONT come. YOU ARE A SISSY!....and no one likes a sissy

I played there the other day, don't like the respawn time though, I have a short attention spam and if im sitting for 20 seconds everytime I die, I get bored.

tried to get some people to join today when the server crashed...no luck

no worries. we will try again in the next week.

i think the goal is to try and get new people in it and not to pull away from the regular server so if just 4 or 5 of us go to the new one and stick it out until we get some randoms to join would be best.

I would join when i am able to get my steam account back. I went on last week and it wasn't that bad. During re-spawn i sat there and wondered why the re-spawn was so long.

as a post-mmorpg player, I like hlstatsx too much to play on other servers. No point playing without watching your numbers improve!
