Is there a limit to steam friends?

Just wondering, people keep adding me and I keep accepting. lol Soon I will have an army of steam friends. Just wondering if anyones hit a wall saying "You have too many friends.".

So weird. I was wondering why mine is capped at 250 and others can go higher. So I searched "steam friends limit" and this was near the top. Congrats bone!!
