Yeah, I made it.
So heres mine.
Kritzkreig seems fine, though with the CTF crit boost it becomes inferior when that option is used.
Blut is fine.
I think The Ubersaw needs one little thing;
-Slower Heal Rate
Then it would give people a reason to use the Bone saw
The Force-a-Nature would have been fine with all of it's original stats, without the knockback and triple jump, and no damage reduction. Then it's useful.
Bonk should have no knockback and no slowdown. however, you still would have to wait for it to recharge.
Sandman should be scrapped entirely and give the scout something that removes his pistol and gives him a third jump.
Soldiers weapons are fine, but Equalizer shouldn't randomly crit.
The Backburner should still have crits on the back, but make it do half damage on anything but the back, and you still have an airblast, but it costs 50 ammo. So you have something to get you out of tight spots.
Flare Gun is fine, Axe-sting is fine.
Demoman's SR should be able to see Stickies through solid objects.
I can't say that the Targe and Eyelander are fine, but I just really cant figure out if it is overpowered or underpowered.
Sandwich and KGB are fine. There doesn't need to be a minigun unlock, so remove Natascha, and put in something that removes shotgun and makes it so that the heavy has his regular walking speed while revved up, and a faster revving speed.
Jarate is fine.
Razorback should be hidden, permanent, and has 50% explosion resistance from the back. But fire burns it off, so the pyro is the only one who can remove it.
Melee should be a Boomerang, slower attack speed and shorter range, but can throw it and it's damage increases with distance, though it returns after mid range. While the boomerang is out, the sniper has no way of melee, but can switch to other weapons.
Spy's Cloak And Dagger should have a much faster cloak and decloak. And if you stand still for longer than... lets say 10 seconds, it shorts out and you cant cloak for 10 seconds.
Dead Ringer, in theory is fine, though lots of small details need to be changed.
And the Ambassador should be replaced with something that allows the spy to run at scout speed while cloaked.
