Auto-screen

When I have tf2 do an auto screen at the end of a match it saves the screens as TGA's. Anyone know a way to change this?

Yes...I think.

I use IrfanView --> IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com/)

I open the file with IV, go to file, select Save As, then save it in some other folder as jpeg.

Otherwise, there's no way to change the default screens from TGA. Not that I know of, at least. As in when you take them.

photoshop can read them. also if you have maya, you also have fcheck which can read those and convert them to pretty much any image format you want.

targas is what most game engines prefer for their texture files. C4 loved them ;)... and yes homfry, I STILL hate C4 engine ahah
