Just so you know if mad people play one class to try to get the update then it will actually work the opposite way you expect.

If there is like 2 demos and like 10 sollys then the demos are prob gonna get more solly kills then the sollys will demo just because of the numbers game.

So if you really want one class's update you should play the opposite class and go try to die to the class you want. :) that is the only way to ensure that you are helping the cause :)

all the kills you guys got last night don't count :D
the website that tracks the kills will update each day with the new kill count. also valve has a way of only counting legit kills. so just picking demo and letting the other team kill you a million times a game won't do any good. (same goes if you set up a server full of bots and lay waste to them)

Even though soldiers will definitely win. If you checked out the steam stats for tf2 I'm pretty sure the solly has always had significantly more kills.

Soldier, for no other reason than rockets are much easier to deflect than grenades or (FML) stickies. Even though that has absolutely no bearing on the new weapons, as the secret weapon (if it is even a weapon) may be crazy easy to deflect for the demoman and impossible with the soldier.

Also, all you veteran soldiers who see me with my flamethrower and switch to shotgun: For this week, as I am only going for deflection kills while I have ample opportunity to practice and get better, you guys are dicks. Stop switching to shotgun. It's mean.

you have to hope that all those rocket kills are not against demo men though. That would be the only thing that would save it
