Anyone else have a problem with the 195.62 driver and TF2? I had to go back to 191.62 for a stable release.

EVGA 8800GTS SC, Win 7 64-bit

go directly to nvidia's site.
the drivers windows installs are garbage

just installed the 195.62 drivers last night. haven't found any problems yet. will check now with some other games.

I might have a video card issue, I'm looking it out now. It has good average fps but there is some crazy frame drops even with the older driver. It stopped last night after I cranked the fans up so my card could be dying...

ya. I played last night with the newest drivers (and even with the 3d drivers for a bit) and they worked fine.

It's not my driver it's my video card. It's taken a turn for the worst and is no longer playable in TF2. It "can" play other games but even then they run like shittt!

Literally my comp runs at 160fps normally, right now it's 20fps and in a fire fight it just lags. I swapped it with my friends card and it ran perfectly again.

Luckily, I have a 8800GT that I can switch mine with so should be good to go.
