Anyone know anyone that got the "ghastly gibus" hat?

I'm not sure how you were supposed to get it but some people have it now and there are only 5 days to get it by dominating someone that is wearing it. So we need to find someone how got it to begin with before people can get it by dominating.

Got both Halloween hats this morning (yes there are 2). You get one from dominating a gibus wearing player and another for one of the achievs.
