Though I am utterly pissed at Valve for L4D2 I would get that one before Borderlands. At least L4D has a track record of having many players on.

LFD2 is driven by console game sales if it were just on pc many more updates would have been done to LFD before this.... seems like a big update on tf2 scale to me

I agree with you that the console screwed L4D, what happens when you get in bed with MS and the XBox unfortunately.

I hope you chose l4d2 instead of borderlands. Borderlands lasted maybe a month and l4d2 lasted around 5 months.
