My ISP went bankrupt in April 2009. I think it just emerged out of bankruptcy this past week.

I have Charter 20 meg line and it is awesome and rarely down.

I had Charter in 2 differenet cities and it was flawless in both locations.
10Mb and 6Mb.

Now I have Comcast, 20Mb down burst...then 8Mb down, 3Mb up.

Maybe it is just the local management but my internet goes in and out all the time :(
