BFBC2 laggy respawns

after the new patch came out for BFBC2 trying to respaw on a teammate was laggy and i had ping spikes up to the 900 right after i respawed, to fix the problem intruct your antivirus not to scan go to your antivirus manage exceptions folder my documents\BFBC2.
problem solved no more ping spikes and lag respawn.
